Let The Lexmark S 1620 Printer Work For You
Another great piece of printing equipment is the Lexmark S 1620 with compatible Lexmark S 1620 toner. Lexmark has done it again with this printer as the company is known for manufacturing high quality printers.
This printer was manufactured for durability and ease of use. It is geared towards the office market. Usually those offices that have lots of printer intensive tasks that this printer can handle with ease.
Probably the best thing about a Lexmark S 1620 printer is that it's far cheaper than all the other printers that have the same functions and features. Even though I believe that features and functions are not something you should primarily look at in a printer since a printer needs to be more about print quality than anything else.
Lexmark has a reputation of churning out printers that print both excellent quality prints, as well as incorporating the latest and most cutting edge features available.
Lexmark printers have always had excellent print quality especially when it came to printing text. You wont come across any cutting edge features with this printer within its price range, but then again this printer itself does not have any cutting edge features. I also went ahead and gave the printer a spin to check out how well it did when I wanted to print out various types of documents that included both text as well as photos and illustrations.
We started testing the printer with a few test pages. The text tests were positive and very impressive, however text is something that Lexmark has always excelled at. The mixed prints were a different story because what we got was mixed results. Some things printed out fine while others weren't so good. However the text at low resolutions and high resolutions were both excellent. Clip art and illustrations also looked like it would pop out of the page but pictures didn't look as good.
We wanted to also take the printer for a spin at its max resolutions. Before we could print the printer took awhile to warm up, but once it did the results were impressive and some of the text actually looked much better in higher resolutions. The printer didn't slow down significantly, just a few seconds of a difference, however at times it printer as fast as when it was set at normal resolution.
The capacity of the Lexmark S 1620 cartridge is pretty generous and allows for up to 1200 pages of high-res prints. The cartridge will last a typical office around fifteen days and a home office around thirty days. It will also mainly depend upon which type of print quality the printer is set to. Lexmark has always been a company that has pushed the toner cartridge farther.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: If efficiency is what you strive for, Lexmark's got you covered.
